About Me
Real Estate is both a passion and a family affair for me. I received my Real Estate license in the early 80s
and worked under my mother’s brokerage firm in Lewisville, TX. After a few years, I put my Real Estate
career on hold and concentrated on family, raising my 4 children in my hometown, Lewisville. I
attended the University of North Texas and after receiving my master’s degree I worked for 22 years in
higher education, helping college students to thrive and reach their potential. I returned to Real Estate
under my mother’s brokerage firm selling properties in and around Lake Texoma. My mother held her
broker’s license for over 50 years in North Texas but has just recently passed. She helped me develop a
strong work ethic by instilling a deep sense of integrity, teaching me the importance of diversity, and
inspiring sincere compassion for helping others.
I moved to Farmersville in 2004 and I enjoy the amenities of small-town living, like knowing my
neighbors by name, walking downtown to visit antique shops with my husband, and meeting new
families at the many social opportunities offered by the Farmersville Chamber of Commerce. I have 4
grandchildren; 2 grandsons that live in Merit, twin granddaughters in Colorado, and 1 great-grandson
and I am over the moon with excitement when I get to spend time with them. I also enjoy gardening;
dare I say I grow the best blackberries in town!
My Real Estate experience stretches across Denton, Collin, Wise, and Grayson Counties. I would
describe myself as a servant leader, I enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and dreams. I listen to
my client’s wants and needs, then use my skills and resources to help them find their perfect property.
My experiences and knowledge are tools used to benefit my clients. I am ready to help with your home
buying and selling needs.
